Key responsibilities - Educate employees about travel program policies and correct procedures. Verification of T&E Expense claims in Macanomy. Reconciliation and Clearing of T&E GL accounts and month end accrual reports. Posting of Macanomy claims and preparing Reconciliation file and sharing with the Payment team. Employee profile creation and Modifications. Service now tool query handling. Monitoring generic mailbox and follow up with employees.
