The Opportunity We are seeking a Digital Native Account Executive with proven experience selling into upper mid-market / lower end of enterprise organizations, particularly within the DevOps ecosystem. This role requires a strategic hunter mindset with the ability to land and expand within strategic accounts, navigate complex sales cycles, and build strong customer partnerships that grow into multi-six and seven figure deal relationships. About the Role This role is designed as a launchpad for future enterprise sellers at OpenAI. This is a highly strategic role with significant exposure to enterprise sales, product, and customer strategy. You’ll develop core skills in discovery, stakeholder mapping, deal shaping, and executive communication while building a deep understanding of how leading companies adopt AI. We are looking for individuals with 2-6+ years of professional sales experience who are motivated to grow into world-class enterprise sellers over time.
