We are looking for a Retail Account Manager to join our UAE New Verticals Team. This is a great opportunity to become a critical member of one of the fastest-growing divisions at Deliveroo and drive impact across our most exciting vertical. 'Deliveroo Shopping' (Retail) covers a wide range of categories from gifts, electronics, beauty, and stationery to pet accessories. About The Role In this role, you will manage relationships with a number of our top National and SMB Retail/Non-food partners across a small variety of categories. You will be responsible for onboarding, maintaining, and growing the partnerships as well as being the day-to-day contact between partners and Deliveroo, communicating their needs to internal teams. You will be helping new partners to launch and succeed on the platform and grow existing business on the Deliveroo platform, developing the ‘best-in-class’ value proposition for our customers within a new and exciting area of our business. About the Opportunity This is a sales and account management role focused on VIP retail clients in the CIS region. You will own a portfolio of high-value trading accounts — building relationships, driving VIP upgrades, and actively prospecting new clients to grow OKX's presence in the region. Working closely with regional growth, product, and business intelligence teams, you'll be the on-the-ground point of contact for CIS-based VIP traders, combining strong client servicing with a proactive sales approach. About the Opportunity Relationship Manager / VIP Accounts Manager (CIS) leads account management efforts within the VIP retail program in the CIS region. The Relationship Manager is expected to work closely with various stakeholders, including regional and global growth teams, product and engineering teams, and Business Intelligence teams, as well as effectively lead a team of regional sales. He/She will proactively nurture and enhance relationships with local key trading accounts, VIP accounts, being in contact with them frequently and building relationships.
