Through data-driven insights and strategic dashboards, we also empower HR leaders to monitor wellbeing, boost engagement, and demonstrate ROI, making quality mental health support accessible and scalable. In this role, you will lead how Wellz rebuilds its own operations around AI from the ground up. This is not an AI-evangelist or data-infrastructure role. Wellz's leadership recently asked a blunt question: if we restarted Wellz today with AI as a given, which workflows would we actually build? You will own the answer, function by function—redesigning how teams run their core motions with AI agents doing the work by default, and humans stepping in only for judgment, negotiation, or clinical/legal exceptions.
