About the Role: We are looking for a proven Outcomes Architects Manager with a strategic and entrepreneurial spirit to join the GTM Team. As the Enterprise OA Leader, you will play an important role defining/iterating on our expand motions, providing customer feedback to help share our roadmap, driving increased adoption, owning ongoing value delivery, and and generating expansion revenue to grow our business. You will own the strategy and execution of your team’s segment. The Outcomes Architect team is a new function at Notion that combines RM, CSM and SE capabilities to drive workflow adoption and retention at our customers. What You'll Achieve: Increase Team Performance on Adoption, Retention, and Customer Value: Your role centers on up-leveling the team to boost product adoption, retention, customer value, and satisfaction through effective retention strategies and churn prevention in the Enterprise segment (note that your team will own a subset of renewals). About the Team OpenAI’s Education team is building products that advance how people learn with AI. The team works across higher education institutions, K-12 districts, and country-level partnerships, including applied research on how AI affects learning and cognitive outcomes. The team owns owns ChatGPT Edu, ChatGPT for Teachers, and related product/research work. The team partners closely with go-to-market, research, Consumer Learning, and model teams to turn education-specific insights into product experiences that can improve ChatGPT more broadly. This person will combine technical execution, product judgment, and people leadership: they will write and ship code, manage engineers, and help shape the product direction for how students and Educators use AI. In This Role, You Will Lead and manage a team of three senior full-stack engineers. Build product experiences for ChatGPT Education, ChatGPT for Teachers, and AI-native learning workflows. Partner with research teams on field studies, randomized control trials, classifiers, data pipelines, and cognitive-outcome measurement. Collaborate with Consumer Learning and model teams to translate education insights into broader ChatGPT behavior and product improvements. Software Engineering builds internal full-stack applications, durable agentic workflows, plugins, MCPs, and measurable AI-enabled engineering practices. Data Engineering builds trusted analytics data assets for Finance and Supply Chain. The teams have distinct charters, with important shared dependencies and broad cross team partnerships across Engineering, Applications, Finance, and Supply Chain. About the Role We are looking for a hands-on senior technical leader who will report alongside the Software Engineering and Data Engineering managers. This is an individual-contributor role with no immediate people-management responsibility. The Tech Lead will raise the technical bar across both teams, participate in important cross-team or high-risk design decisions, and directly own and ship high-impact work. The role should improve team judgment and autonomy rather than act as a floating architect or universal approval gate. In this role, you will: Partner with the Software Engineering and Data Engineering managers as a peer technical leader; managers retain accountability for people, staffing, priorities, performance, and delivery commitments. Directly own the architecture, implementation, launch, and operation of one or more high-impact initiatives, remaining accountable for real outcomes rather than advisory output alone.
