Senior Android Engineer ABOUT THE ROLE You will be working on Peloton Product Engineering team, building Android applications for our Members. These applications include our Google Play Store mobile app, our Fire TV app, and the flagship Peloton experience that comes with every Peloton Bike and Tread. You will get the opportunity to develop customer-facing features in Kotlin and deliver best-in-class fitness experiences across several different markets. As a senior engineer, you will be responsible for iterating on process, technology, and communication throughout your team. You will also have the responsibility to assist and grow the more mid/junior engineers around you. Asana's Mobile Group builds the apps that keep millions of users connected to their work wherever they are. As the Engineering Group Lead for the Mobile Group in Warsaw, you will lead a team of 4 Engineering Managers and approximately 35 engineers who are responsible for Asana's iOS, Android, and Desktop apps. You will own the technical direction and execution of the Mobile Group and the growth of leaders on your team. You will also support Warsaw site strategy and operations as a member of senior leadership in Asana’s Warsaw office. This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays.
