About this Role We’re looking for an experienced Business Recruiter to help build some of the most critical teams at OpenAI, primarily focused on technical business roles within our B2B and go-to-market organisation. You’ll also need the versatility to take on hiring across other teams as business priorities evolve. This is a high-impact role where you’ll operate as a strategic talent partner not just executing searches, but shaping how we attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent globally. You’ll own searches end-to-end, working closely with senior stakeholders to define hiring strategies, navigate complex markets, and deliver outstanding outcomes. About the Role OpenAI is seeking an APAC Total Rewards Business Partner to lead and support compensation initiatives and provide regional benefits execution and operational support across the region as we continue to expand our global footprint. This role will serve as a key regional partner, helping translate OpenAI’s global Total Rewards strategy into programs and practices that reflect local market needs, regulatory requirements, and the evolving needs of our employees. In this role, you will partner closely with regional leadership, HR Business Partners, Recruiting, People Operations, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and external partners to design, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs across APAC.
