About the Job: We're hiring a Graphic Designer to join our internal creative team. This role blends creative innovation with performance marketing. You'll work closely with Creative Performance Strategists, Paid Media Buyers, Designers, and Creative and Brand Marketing teams to develop high-converting ads across multiple platforms. You'll design static image ads, carousels, GIFs, gamified end cards, and other graphic assets for product launches and ongoing campaigns. This is a fast-paced environment where speed, curiosity, and creative problem solving matter just as much as technical skill.
