Job description
We require an experienced Assistant Cook who has good knowledge and practical experience in food preparation cooking kitchen operations and maintaining food quality and hygiene standards. Key requirements Well-experienced in food preparation and cooking. Good knowledge of Indian cuisine and daily menu preparation. Able to assist the Chef/Cook in bulk cooking and kitchen operations. Knowledge of food hygiene cleanliness and safe food-handling practices. Good understanding of portion control and proper use of kitchen equipment. Should be disciplined responsible and capable of working as part of a team. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in industrial canteens institutional catering hotels or guest houses.
