Qualification
Strong news judgment. Ability to identify and conceive ambitious stories, spot visual opportunities in reporting and develop them into a range of compelling visual forms. Skill pulling multiple visual disciplines together into multimedia projects, with an emphasis on visualization, explanatory visuals, digital design, use of video and other visual forms. A record of clear communication and strong collaboration with colleagues. The ability to write clearly, work on tight deadlines and edit to sharpen the relationship between visuals and copy.
