Role Overview The Assistant Manager – Global AP & Financial Accounting (India) will own the end-to-end accounts payable function across all of OpenFX's group entities, while maintaining accurate books for the India entity. This is a hands-on role responsible for running a high-volume, multi-entity, multi-currency AP cycle, keeping vendor payments accurate and on time, and ensuring the financial records are clean and audit-ready. Based in Bangalore and reporting to the Finance Lead, India, this individual will partner closely with the global finance team and local consultants across jurisdictions to ensure alignment with group-level controls, reporting standards, and payment timelines. Key Responsibilities: Global Accounts Payable Own the end-to-end accounts payable cycle across all group entities: receive, verify, code, and process vendor invoices and expense claims accurately and on time. Manage AP in multiple currencies and across jurisdictions, ensuring correct entity attribution, FX treatment, and adherence to local payment norms. Match invoices to purchase orders and approvals, resolve discrepancies, and ensure appropriate authorisation before payment under the group approval matrix. Prepare and execute domestic and cross-border vendor payment runs across multiple banking platforms, ensuring correct beneficiary details, amounts, and timing. What You will Do Seller Acquisition & Channel Ownership Own and scale seller acquisition across performance marketing channels (Google, Meta, affiliates, etc.) Drive high-quality seller sign-ups with a focus on downstream activation and retention Optimize campaigns for cost-efficient acquisition (CAC) while maintaining seller quality benchmarks Funnel Optimization (Signup → Activation → First Success) Improve seller funnel metrics such as signup → KYC completion → catalog upload → first order Identify and reduce drop-offs across onboarding journeys Work closely with product and lifecycle teams to improve conversion rates Experimentation & Growth Run structured experiments across audiences, creatives, landing pages, and funnel interventions Identify new growth levers such as regional expansion, category-specific acquisition, and vernacular targeting Test and scale new channels, formats, and campaign strategies Performance & Efficiency Management Monitor and optimize key metrics such as CAC, activation rate, payback period, LTV/CAC, CVR, CTR, CPM Manage budget allocation across channels to maximize incremental seller growth Track and mitigate issues like audience saturation, creative fatigue, and declining marginal returns Insights & Analytics Analyze seller cohorts by category, geography, quality, and lifecycle stage Derive insights on seller behavior to improve targeting and messaging Build frameworks for incrementality and attribution for seller acquisition Cross-functional Collaboration Partner
