We’re looking for an Emirati Finance & Strategy Associate to join our Dubai team. In this role, you’ll help us with the data and reporting support, weekly performance review management and variance analysis. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be joining the Finance & Strategy team. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: Maintain and update performance datasets used by the team. Ensure accuracy and consistency across reports and analyses. Contribute to improving reporting processes and templates where possible. Populate the weekly business review template with the latest performance data. Analyze key metrics and highlight trends or anomalies. Draft clear, fact-based commentary explaining performance drivers. Track actual performance against targets or prior periods. Investigate and explain key variances using data and business context. Summarize findings for the wider Finance & Strategy and UAE Leadership team.
