This is a hands-on operations role at the intersection of traditional financial markets and digital assets. You will own end-to-end workflows for asset integrations, manage critical platform events, and serve as the primary liaison between our internal teams and external partners. If you have built a strong foundation in TradFi — investment banking, asset management, capital markets, or corporate finance — and are ready to apply that rigour to the fastest-moving corner of financial services, this role is for you. What You'll Do Asset Lifecycle Management Manage end-to-end operational workflows for new digital asset integrations and asset offerings across products — from initial assessment through to live launch and ongoing maintenance. Event Operations Oversee and execute platform updates for critical asset events: token migrations, smart contract swaps, protocol upgrades, rebrands, and asset deprecation/offboarding. Precision and timing are everything. External Partner Management Act as the primary operational point of contact for external project teams, foundations, and key stakeholders. You will be the face of our operations to the ecosystem — reliable, responsive, and sharp. Cross-Functional Coordination Collaborate daily with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, and Customer Support to align on technical requirements, regulatory guidelines, and project timelines.
