This rolesupports RVO Health's Pharmacy & Care P&L — including our Cash Card business and Rx on Demand, our fast-growing asynchronous care solution. The FP&A Associate owns these financials from revenue through EBITDA, builds the pricing and scenario models behind key business decisions, and presents performance to business leadership on a weekly basis. This is a high-visibility seat with unusually broad scope, in a business that is growing quickly and where priorities move fast. Office address: 1101 Red Ventures Dr Fort Mill, SC 29707 What You’ll Do Prepares month end, and quarter close business performance reports, including variance explanations and forward-looking performance estimates Delivers monthly projections and variance analytics on business performance while collaborating with cross-functional leaders to garner new insights and progress updates Monitor, analyze, and report on key financial metrics and operational performance indicators, providing timely insights to management. Job Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on facilities equipment. Monitor inventory of facility supplies and materials. Assist in setting up and arranging meeting rooms and workspaces. Conduct safety checks and report any hazards or issues. Support facility security measures and access control. Respond to facility-related requests and inquiries from employees. Critical Skills & Experience Requirements Basic knowledge of facility maintenance and repair procedures. Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Strong organizational skills for managing supplies and materials. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
