About the Team The mission of our Retention Marketing team is to build lasting relationships with our audiences – consumers, dashers, and/or merchants – as soon as they engage with DoorDash by providing them with a personalized, cross-channel experience that delights them and drives them to return to DoorDash to find the products and experiences that are relevant to them. About the Role As the Retention Marketing Lead for DashPass, you will define and evolve the membership marketing vision, translating subscriber growth and retention goals into CRM strategies and leading a team responsible for delivering high-quality, data-driven campaigns across email, push, SMS, promotions, and in-app messaging. You will collaborate with all parts of the business, ensuring cohesive strategy, clear prioritization, and measurable business impact on membership growth and retention. In this role, you will sit on the Consumer Retention Marketing team with a key objective of driving incremental GOV and Paid Net Adds. You will report into the Head of Consumer Retention Marketing on our Growth Marketing team within our Marketing organization. About the Role Join one of DoorDash’s fastest-growing teams and help define what great looks like for Convenience. From the strategy behind how orders get fulfilled to the product features that make it happen, you’ll sit at the intersection of Strategy, Operations, and Product, working directly with Engineering and Product teams to shape what gets built and own the outcomes end-to-end. Key Responsibilities Partner with Product and Engineering to define requirements, prioritize features, and ship solutions that improve the end-to-end customer experience across DoorDash’s Convenience network. Lead cross-functional initiatives that close the gap between platform inventory and real-world in-store availability, to ensure customers always get exactly what they ordered. Set the strategic roadmap for convenience quality — defining the metrics that matter, building toward a long-term vision, and partnering across the New Verticals Org to get there. New Verticals is the growth engine of DoorDash’s business and we are continuing to build and scale new businesses everyday! Grocery is one of our highest priority, most complex verticals that is key to acquiring consumers to new verticals outside of just restaurants. About the Role We are hiring a Senior Associate on our Grocery Merchant Strategy & Operations teams to work scaling the service offerings we can provide to consumers through our third party merchant partnerships with some of the most well known grocers and your local favorite grocers on our platform! In this role, you will lead growth projects for major Grocery merchants to ensure we are able to onboard every SKU or service a grocery store offers.
