A Day in the Life Endo Mechanical and Intelligent Devices (EMID) provides a broad portfolio of surgical technologies, including open and laparoscopic stapling systems, ligation devices, access and hand instruments, powered stapling platforms, and intelligent surgical solutions that support procedural efficiency and clinical outcomes. The team partners with surgeons, operating theatre staff, and healthcare institutions to expand adoption of advanced surgical technologies across assigned territories. This role is based in Mumbai, India and is field-based/onsite within the assigned territory. The Territory Manager will be responsible for driving business across government hospitals in Mumbai and is expected to travel regularly within the city to support customer engagement, operating theatre coverage, product evaluations, training, and account development activities. The Territory Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, market development, and customer engagement for the EMID portfolio across government hospitals in Mumbai. What You’ll Do: Support operations associate in hosting teleconferences across sectors in APAC Contact clients to determine event interest, confirm predetermined advisors Send invitations to clients and oversee client RSVPs and compliance Manage all correspondence with advisors prior to meetings Assist in maximizing attendance at events, ensure events runs successfully and conduct post-event cost analysis and review client charges Assist in managing internal documents Work closely with other team members to ensure the successful execution of meetings via the scheduling of advisors for breakfast/lunch meetings agendas and teleconferences Provide the team with all relevant materials for the events including PowerPoint slides, event signage, and brochures. Overview: The Institutional Client Growth team member will be responsible for driving growth, client engagement, retention, and account development across the Institutional client segment in India. This individual will serve as the primary relationship manager for key institutional accounts, ensuring proactive engagement, identification of new business opportunities, and delivery of a superior client experience. The role is critical to expanding the firm's presence within institutional clients, increasing wallet share, strengthening client relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth.
