Senior TPRM Consultant (Partner Engagements) Location: 1540 Broadway, New York, NY 10036 Department: Corporate Controllership – Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Reports to: Director of Third-Party Risk Governance & Awareness Position Summary: The Senior TPRM Consultant is responsible for supporting the development and management of the TPRM Program framework, specifically for the sales partner ecosystem (e.g., solution partners, system integrators, resellers and distributors). This role sits at the intersection of risk management, sales, legal, and sales operations — and requires someone who can independently drive risk conversations forward , not simply administer a process. Success in this role depends on your ability to lead — setting the agenda, holding partners and internal stakeholders accountable to timelines, and driving issues to closure. The role supports the design, maintenance, and enforcement of TPRM policy, standards, and governance. In close partnership with risk domain leads and cross-functional stakeholders, this role helps advance program maturity, support regulatory alignment, and strengthen third-party risk practices across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities: Manage the TPRM governance committees, including preparing materials and strategizing focused agendas that drive risk identification, mitigation, and oversight. Set the TPRM governance framework by defining roles and responsibilities to ensure appropriate oversight of third-party engagements and manage associated risks; and enhancing risk treatment / risk acceptance processes. Determine and establish program metrics, including key performance and risk indicators (KPIs/KRIs) to enable effective oversight of the TPRM program. About the Role We’re seeking a senior commercial infrastructure lawyer to lead legal work across our rapidly growing data center development and colocation portfolio. You will advise on complex, high-value transactions involving new data center sites, power, construction, colocation, and related infrastructure arrangements. This role is designed for a lawyer who understands how data centers are developed and operated—not a general real estate practitioner. You will work closely with infrastructure, finance, procurement, and operations teams, while coordinating outside counsel where appropriate, to help projects move quickly and responsibly. San Francisco is preferred, and occasional travel may be required. In this role, you will: Lead commercial legal strategy and risk management for data center development and colocation transactions. Draft, negotiate, and advise on colocation agreements, construction agreements, power-related arrangements, and other contracts supporting data center development. Support first-party projects involving raw land, site and power rights, design and construction, EPC models, third-party build-to-suit structures, and leasebacks. Partner cross-functionally with infrastructure, finance, procurement, operations, and other stakeholders on fast-moving, complex projects. Manage and collaborate effectively with outside counsel across a high volume of infrastructure matters. Develop scalable legal playbooks and contracting approaches for a growing portfolio of data center sites.
