About the Role Our operations team is growing and we are looking for Autonomous Vehicle Operators (AVOs) to join us. In this role you will be responsible for operating our autonomous test vehicles that run proprietary software and hardware, while helping train our self-driving technology. Professionalism, care, and personal accountability are significant attributes as you will be expected to adhere to the culture of safety and standards of conduct exemplified by the team. You will have to pass a number of training checkpoints both in and out of the vehicle. About the Work Operate a vehicle in manual and autonomous mode up to 8 hours per day in diverse traffic conditions while adhering to proper safety and operational driving procedures Utilize proprietary ground-breaking software

As a Front Line manager, you will be responsible for hiring & onboarding operators, actively managing their growth & performance and leading continuous improvement processes and projects. You will work closely with cross functional stakeholders within operations and with other teams to ensure the team’s work remains a valuable part of the company’s metrics. About the Work People Management: Hiring & Onboarding: You will be responsible for running the interview process and successfully executing the onboarding for new hires in line with the plan. You will work closely with the L&D team to develop the interview & onboarding process and the grading rubric. People Development: You will be expected to lead and manage
