In this role, you'll own full-cycle recruiting for these functions and partner directly with engineering leaders to build the teams driving Nuro's AI-first strategy. About the Work Own full-cycle technical recruiting: sourcing strategy, pipeline generation, interview coordination, and offer negotiation/closing. About the Role Nuro is looking for a Head of Systems Engineering to own the systems backbone that enables the Nuro Driver to scale safely and commercially. This leader will own the end-to-end systems engineering function across autonomy, software and hardware systems, technical parts of the safety case, requirements, system architecture, validation strategy and execution, system performance, and deployment readiness. About the Role We are hiring a Robotaxi Program Manager to lead day-to-day technical execution of Nuro’s robotaxi partnership. This person will sit in our engineering organization and work across engineering, business, and external partner teams to make our initial deployment and following scale-up a success. This person will help define our critical path to launch in multiple new cities, track our performance, and manage resolution of issues both internally and externally. The role is a good fit for someone who loves being at the center of a fast-paced, complex, and rapidly growing technical program. This successful candidate should be able to quickly ramp up on a broad range of technical topics, be comfortable leading meetings across all levels, is highly organized, and an outstanding communicator.
