As a Concierge Specialist IV on the Customer Experience team, you'll serve as a senior subject matter expert and relationship owner for Coinbase's highest-value customers. This team delivers world-class, personalized service to our most valued clients, ensuring they have a seamless experience across all Coinbase products. You'll own complex customer relationships end to end, mentor junior Concierge agents, and drive measurable improvements in satisfaction, retention, and product adoption. We are currently seeking a Contracts Specialist to serve as the main point of contact between the legal team and internal/external stakeholders regarding all contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiation. This role will report to our Associate General Counsel. What You'll Do: Drafting, reviewing and negotiating all types of contracts, including client and vendor agreements, non-disclosure agreements, contract amendments and renewals, Statements of Work, data processing agreements, SaaS agreements, etc., for global stakeholders in various company locations Responsible for managing Contracts Queue and coordination of all aspects of contract management Serve as primary contact between the legal department and internal and external stakeholders seeking contract review and revision, copies, questions, status updates etc. Review, respond and manage contracts-related questions within the Contracts inbox Manage Contract Template library and other knowledge management functions Ensure compliance with contract approval policies and procedures Liaise with Legal, Compliance, and Sales teams on contracts as needed Special projects on an as-needed basis What You Have: Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 3 years' experience working with contracts Law Degree is a big plus, but is not required Contract management experience, preferably in-house Experience reviewing, editing, interpreting and negotiating legal agreements Experience reviewing and negotiating corporate master services agreements Strong organizational and communications skills, ability to set priorities, handle multiple tasks and projects, track and follow up on projects Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team

Position Overview: We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to be responsible for handling all aspects of payroll processing across the entire organization, including Americas, EMEA, and APAC, in a fast-growing business. Strong experience managing UK payroll and knowledge of UK payroll legislation, tax, pensions, and compliance requirements is essential. The Global Payroll Specialist ensures that payroll transactions are well documented, executed appropriately, and completed on time. Key Responsibilities Ensure on-time and accurate disbursement of all payroll transactions for Diligent’s employees for multiple international payrolls, while ensuring HR and Payroll records remain in synch. Work closely with Human Resources (HR) to facilitate and ensure accurate data entry of benefit, employee data, pay and other payroll changes into the payroll system. Creating and notating payroll journal entries in the general ledger (GL). Research and work with accounting to resolve payroll GL reconciliation exceptions to ensure proper recording of payroll transactions in the company’s ERP system. Review and audit timesheets and payroll reports, manage payroll cutoffs, and process payrolls timely and accurately. Assist in the maintenance of country specific payroll guidelines and applicable policies and procedures. Ensure all requests sent to the payroll department are resolved in a timely manner.
