What You'll Do Be a part of a team owning the entire product lifecycle - from early ideation and R&D through to deployment and long-term maintenance. Architect resilient embedded systems; conduct validation to verify correctness against technical constraints and functional requirements. Build high-performance features across Verkada’s embedded Linux device ecosystem (Cameras, Access Control, Alarms, and Environmental Sensors) prioritizing seamless user experiences. Extend core backend services implemented in Go and Python. Improve and maintain internal developer tools and infrastructure to streamline product delivery. Investigate, diagnose, and resolve critical technical issues directly impacting field devices and end users.
