Qualification
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Law, Human Resources, Immigration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership or management role. Demonstrated experience within the South African immigration industry. Strong understanding of South African immigration regulations and procedures. Proven experience managing client relationships, service delivery, and operational performance. Experience in business development, client retention, and account management. Financial management experience, including budgeting and forecasting. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
