You will work with real financial data, transactions, reconciliations, client media spend, reporting, and month-end close activities not just administrative tasks or theoretical exercises. You will also gain exposure to how AI and automation can improve finance processes, reduce manual work, and analyze large datasets. What You Will Do Accounting & Operations: Support AP/AR, reconciliations, and day-to-day accounting while maintaining accurate financial data. Media Spend Tracking: Reconcile high-volume media spend and learn how gross vs. net revenue works in an AdTech business. Financial Reporting: Support month-end close and preparation of financial reports. Financial Modeling: Gain exposure to forecasting and financial modeling. What We're Looking For Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/ Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field. December 2027 graduation is ideal; May 2027 or later will also be considered. Coursework or experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or data analytics . Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel and comfort working with large datasets. Exposure to QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar accounting systems is a plus.
