About the Role The position is responsible for administering, configuring, and optimizing HR systems to ensure data integrity, system accuracy, and secure access. It leads and contributes to HRIS projects such as implementations, integrations, and upgrades, translating business needs into clear HR product designs and guiding technical teams through delivery. Responsibilities Design HR process journeys both for Trendyol teams and HR professionals by using an end-to-end process approach through automation and digitalization, Leverage end-to-end HR process digitalization through being the product manager of current and future HRIS tools such as SuccessFactors (especially EC, CPI), Lever and other inhouse HR tools, Apply product management principles(roadmapping, prioritization, analysis etc) to HR processes and systems, Administer, configure and customize system settings and maintain HR systems’ modules, ensuring data integrity and system accuracy, Lead and participate in HRIS projects, especially implementations, integrations and system upgrades, Translate business needs into clear HR product designs and guide developers for the end product, Manage system access controls and monitor security protocols; collaborate with tech support teams, Research best practices and trends and perform deep analysis on effectiveness and competitiveness of existing HR systems and provide creative solutions,

About the Role We are seeking analytical, process-oriented and proactive Fraud Process & Analytics Professionals to join our Fraud team. This role sits at the intersection of fraud domain knowledge, data analysis, process design and project delivery. You will identify fraud and abuse risks, translate business problems into analytical questions, use data to quantify root causes and impact, design scalable controls and rulesets, and drive improvements together with Product, Data, Tech, Operations and Business teams. The role is not limited to reviewing individual cases; the main focus is to turn recurring fraud problems into measurable, scalable and sustainable solutions. Your Main Responsibilities Own and improve fraud-related processes end-to-end by identifying control gaps, bottlenecks, manual steps and potential abuse points, and drive scalable improvements through automation, product changes or operational redesign. Analyze customer, seller, order, payment and behavioral data using SQL / BigQuery to identify fraud patterns, anomalies, root causes and emerging risk signals; structure ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses, populations and success metrics. Quantify the financial, operational and customer/seller experience impact of fraud problems, prioritize initiatives accordingly, and translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations. Design and improve fraud rulesets, risk indicators, thresholds, controls and monitoring frameworks, considering false positive / false negative trade-offs and overall control effectiveness.

Responsibilities Responsible for resignation and termination calculations and related payroll processes, Coordinating employee offboarding documentation, signatures, and exit procedures, Managing SGK termination, registration, deregistration, and declaration processes, Ensuring employee document requests are processed in line with legal requirements, Managing payroll inputs, including attendance records and employee insurance-related tax deductions, Following up on consultancy invoices, SGK petitions, and “no outstanding debt” certificates, Supporting the overall payroll and employee administration processes. Expected Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or other related departments, 1–5 years of experience in payroll, preferably with 1–3 years of relevant experience, Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with an ability to work accurately with calculations and payroll data, Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with employees and Business Partners
