The Strategy & Business Operations team’s mission is to support decision making on critical C-level topics and act as a force-multiplier for functional priorities across the organization. Lithic is hiring for Business Operations, Program Management: a generalist role dedicated to the Program Management (PM) business line, where Lithic owns the bank relationship, handles compliance, and runs the client's card program end to end. We're expanding Program Management this year, and this person will build and run how it operates day to day, meaning the processes, reporting, and coordination across teams that today happen informally.
