This role will act as a Procure-to-Pay administrator, responsible for day-to-day system support, ticket management, and business user assistance, while also contributing to projects related to SOX compliance, new module implementations, and country or regional rollouts. About the Role We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Procurement Operations to manage vendor onboarding and improve the systems and workflows that support the purchasing lifecycle. You will guide vendors and internal stakeholders through onboarding requirements, coordinate reviews and approvals, maintain accurate data, and resolve issues that delay requests. You will also help improve Zip and related systems by identifying process gaps, documenting requirements, testing changes, and supporting automation and reporting. This role provides functional expertise and day-to-day operational support for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, while partnering with business stakeholders to drive measurable process improvement and align system capabilities with strategic objectives.
