For workplaces, ezCater provides flexible and scalable solutions for everything from employee meal programs to one-off meetings, all backed by 24/7 service and business-grade reliability. For restaurant partners, ezCater helps grow their business by bringing them new high-value customers and large orders. This is a full-cycle sales role with an expansion engine attached. You'll own a book of about 40 prioritized accounts spanning acquisition, retention, and expansion — which means on any given day you are prospecting into a cold division, running a discovery call with a new stakeholder, and pushing adoption inside an account you already won. The defining skill here is prioritization plus pipeline generation. A book this size will not work itself. You will decide where the growth is, build a plan against it, and then go create the meetings yourself — through targeted outbound, referrals inside the account, and inbound leads you work fast and qualify hard. Onboarding will teach you ezCater — our ICP, product, plays, and systems. It will not teach you how to prospect, run discovery, build an account plan, or manage a forecast. You should arrive with those skills intact. We will of course coach you 1:1 and in team settings to apply your skills to ezCater’s sales motions and methods. The Product Solutions Architecture (PSA) team acts as a technical multiplier across Datadog. PSAs are domain experts who partner with Field teams on complex customer use cases across pre- and post-sales engagements and scale their impact by producing reusable collateral, including reference architectures, technical guides, and enablement assets. By feeding real-world customer insights back to Datadog Product teams, PSAs help influence product roadmaps while accelerating adoption, usage, and long-term customer success. Datadog's Service Management suite — spanning App Builder, Incident Management, Event Management, Workflow Automation, and On-Call — helps enterprises detect, triage, and resolve operational issues faster while automating the manual toil around incident response. As a Product Solutions Architect, you will partner closely with Datadog customers and the Service Management product team to design architectures, implement best practices, and drive adoption of App Builder, Incident Management, Event Management, Workflow Automation, and On-Call across customer environments. About the Role The Research Interviewer role, within the New Product Development team, will primarily support qualitative data collection efforts, conducting 10-20 structured interviews with senior security executives per week. This is a research role, not a call-center role, and you will lead interviews following established protocols, and is a key contributor to IANS data collection efforts. Core Responsibilities Interview Coordination & Scheduling (~50% of time) Manage an assigned caseload of cybersecurity executives, lead outreach and recruitment, scheduling, and note-taking review (AI tools will supplement) Use IANS resources (such as account managers) to reach executives on caseload, ensuring outreach is proactive and timely Maintain a master tracker of interviews completed and flag coverage gaps to Director in advance of target deadlines Conducting Interviews & Data Review (~50% of time) Conduct 10-20 (30 or 60-minute structured interviews online via Zoom, Teams) per week Adhere to the established interview protocol, showing judgment for using probing Ask intelligent, probing follow-up questions when responses are vague, surface-level, or inconsistent Record all interviews (with consent) and capture real-time notes during the call to supplement the automated recording and transcription Edit and process verbatim quotes from interview recordings: remove filler words (e.g., “um,”), fix grammar, and ensure quotes are fully coherent and attributable — while preserving the interviewee’s authentic voice Proactively flag data quality issues for Director, and ensure all data is properly tagged for later review and integration into the data stream Requirements: Must-Haves: 5 years of relevant expe
