Guided by OpenAI’s mission to ensure AGI benefits all of humanity, our team combines world-class researchers, engineers, designers, and operators who care deeply about creating useful, intuitive, and responsible technology. About the Role As a Lab Operations Manager, Systems Integration , you will own the day-to-day operation of a large-scale consumer device test lab. This is a hands-on operations leadership role: you’ll keep device fleets, test rigs, lab infrastructure, inventory, provisioning, maintenance, and logistics running smoothly so engineers and QA technicians have reliable environments for validation and release testing. We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, technically hands-on, comfortable with consumer electronics and lab equipment, and experienced operating complex physical test environments at scale. Because this is a new category of devices, you’ll have the opportunity to build the lab operating model early—shaping the systems, standards, and workflows that support products from prototype through launch. In this role, you will: Own device fleet and inventory: Manage configuration, deployment, tracking, lifecycle, and accurate asset records for a large fleet of consumer devices and test

VTS is the category leader in commercial real estate technology with more than 13 billion square feet managed on our platform globally. Every account in your book represents an opportunity to expand how some of the largest owners and operators in the industry leverage technology to modernize their portfolios. As an Account Manager, you will work directly with leadership while helping drive the next phase of growth at VTS. You will own expansion revenue across a portfolio of 60 to 80 SMB and lower mid market commercial real estate accounts. Your job is simple: generate and close net new revenue within your book. That means identifying whitespace, creating urgency, and running multiple deal cycles simultaneously, not waiting for opportunities to come to you. This is not a support role. Renewals and adoption are handled separately. You own the commercial motion including upsells, cross sells, and new product expansion, with a direct quota and meaningful upside for top performers. Here’s what you can expect as an Account Manager: Proactively identify expansion opportunities across your book using product usage data, account signals, and direct customer conversations. Run 30 to 60 day deal cycles across multiple accounts simultaneously. Build relationships with decision makers and navigate 1 to 3 stakeholder buying groups to close opportunities. Maintain a disciplined pipeline with accurate forecasting and clear next steps on every active deal. Partner closely with Customer Success and Sales while maintaining ownership of the commercial opportunity. Create urgency and momentum across active deals instead of reacting to inbound demand. What makes you a great fit? 2-4 years in a quota carrying B2B SaaS role across account management, SMB sales, or expansion focused customer roles. Demonstrated success sourcing and closing expansion revenue independently. Experience managing a high volume book of business with strong organizat
About Us: AI needs a new infrastructure layer. We're building it at Modal. Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now. Our customers include category-defining companies like Lovable , Ramp , Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale. We recently raised a $355M Series C at a $4.65B valuation, led by General Catalyst and Redpoint Ventures. We've crossed $300M+ ARR and grown fivefold since September. Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g., Seaborn , Luig i ), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders About the Role We're hiring the first Account Managers at Modal. You'll report to the Regional Director of Account Management and be a founding member of the team. This function does not exist yet. There is no playbook, no territory map, no established motion. You'll own a book of business from day one and build the motion at the same time — from fast-moving AI startups to large enterprise teams running critical infrastructure on Modal. This is a commercial role with a revenue target. You'll be measured on retention and expansion across your accounts. While you won't be delivering the technical recommendations and implementation, the work is technical by nature. Our customers are engineers running GPU workloads, inference, and batch jobs in production, and you need to hold your own in those conversations. The profile we're hiring is a technical account manager. You've worked at companies that are deepl
