Senior Product Manager, Split Payments Adyen is a truly global company that processes billions in payments annually. Adyen’s value goes beyond Ecommerce and In-Person payments with a broad offering of embedded payments and financial services like issuing, bank accounts and capital; facilitated by Adyen’s global Banking licenses. Behind every platform transaction is a critical need to dynamically automate fund distribution, enabling platforms to scale their monetization models, protect their margins, and manage commissions smoothly. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead and scale our Split Payments capabilities. You will join the team responsible for Split Payments. This role sits at the intersection of core payment processing, financial data routing, and platform scalability. Split Payments allows our Platform customers to monetize payment processing towards their sub-merchants. You will lead the product lifecycle for split logic across authorization, capture, refunds, and chargebacks, building reliable systems that support Adyen's expanding platform ecosystem. You will work closely with Payments, Accounting, Compliance, Legal, Commercial and Operational teams, and customers to understand their needs and translate them into product enhancements together with the development team. Financial Risk Analyst As a Senior Financial Risk Analyst on our Merchant Potential Liability Team you will be part of a team of high-performing professionals that evaluates and manages financial risk (i.e. chargebacks) arising from a portfolio of enterprise merchants, as well as assessing the risk of new products. As a member of our team, you will help us scale and innovate our financial risk management framework and processes. You will be working closely with the Commercial, Product and Legal teams while collaborating with some of the biggest merchants processing on the Adyen platform, all with one overarching goal: limiting Adyen’s exposure to credit losses. The role The Head of Credit Risk is a pivotal global leadership position within Adyen’s Operations function. This is not a new department, but rather an evolving and growing pillar of our business. As Adyen continues to aggressively build out and scale its suite of financial products, our risk management strategies must grow alongside them. While our Second Line defines the boundaries and Product builds the tools, the Credit Risk department owns the execution. The department’s focus is centered around managing our counterparty risk across both our acquiring business (chargeback risk) and our issuing/financial products (such as capital lending). In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of these exposures. As the chair of the Merchant Risk Committee (MRC) and a member of the Risk Committee (RC), you will serve as the operational voice that bridges the gap between commercial ambition and financial prudence, ensuring we safely scale our next generation of financial services.
