The Opportunity. As a Founder Associate, you will run, grow and manage all aspects of Retail Insights. You will be responsible for building and leading a world-class team, ensuring the successful execution of the conference and strategy of the brand. You’ll want this job if you possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, highly ambitious, forward-thinking and driven to inspire and lead a team. You are someone who is thrilled to work in a fast-paced environment and wants to scale the company rapidly. Responsibilities : Recruit, build and develop a high-performing team. Build an ecosystem and deliver outstanding products. Set clear expectations, establish goals, and provide ongoing detailed feedback and performance evaluations. Execute the strategy at a rapid pace. Develop the company’s brand as the go-to place for inspiration, knowledge and networking. Oversee planning, execution, and completion of conferences within the designated timelines and budget constraints. Assign tasks to team members in each department, monitor progress, and ensure project objectives are achieved.
