About the role We’re looking for a Developer to join our Internal IT team and help us scale the impact we have across the company. Over the past two years, teams across HR, Finance, Legal, Sales, Growth, and Admin have built and shipped their own internal tools — most of them initiated by non-engineering colleagues using AI coding tools, with light support from IT. It’s worked well, but our capacity to support this is now the bottleneck. This role exists to fix that. Roughly half your time will go to building and maintaining internal systems yourself, and the other half to being the technical backstop for colleagues building their own tools — stepping in where they get stuck, and turning “it works” into “it’s production-ready.” We expect this role’s output to be produced largely through AI coding agents. We’re not looking for someone who has tried an AI tool — we’re looking for someone whose day-to-day work has already been reshaped by one. Task of the role Responsible for day-to-day customer care and administration of Appier’s products. Respond to escalated technical questions about Appier’s products globally by using written communication channels. Troubleshoot technical issues and solve the issues by close communication with developers. Develop internal tools and scripts to streamline operations and visualize/analyze data.
