We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to work on our Onboarding and Lifecycle Management (LCM) Platform team with a focus on enhancing, scaling, and managing backend services for managing the user lifecycle and associated access policies (users, groups, roles, entitlements, etc.). These features allow customers the flexibility to link and enhance their business processes with Okta’s identity management product. Job Duties and Responsibilities Define the team’s short-term and long-term strategy, working with Product Management. Define the team's roadmap, success metrics, and priorities in close collaboration with product management and lead engineers.

About the Role This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who wants to drive - not just oversee - a multi-framework compliance program. You'll be the DRI for ISO 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type II, run end-to-end ITGC and TPRM cycles, and help operationalise India's DPDP Rules 2025 across a product organisation that processes data at meaningful scale. You'll work directly with Engineering, IT, Legal, Product, and external auditors. What you will do Certifications & external audits Own the certification and surveillance cycle for ISO 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type II ; act as the single point of contact for external auditors. Plan and execute readiness assessments, gap closure, evidence collection, control walkthroughs, and management responses. Maintain audit calendars, evidence repositories, and bridge letters between audit windows. Drive PCI DSS v4.0.1 scope-reduction and assessment activities for in-scope environments. ISMS, policies & frameworks Maintain Meesho's ISMS aligned to ISO 27001:2022 - all 93 Annex A controls mapped across Organizational, People, Physical and Technological themes, with named owners and live evidence. About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive and motivated Associate to join our Compliance Reporting team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting AQR’s Compliance department by preparing well-written, timely, and accurate responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), and ad-hoc client information requests from clients and prospects. Key Responsibilities Draft and submit responses to RFPs, DDQs and ad-hoc requests covering multiple investment strategies and products. Maintain and update standard responses in the firm’s centralized content library. Coordinate with internal teams, including Compliance, Legal, Business Development, Risk and others to source and verify proposed responses to client questions. Track and manage a high volume of requests simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met, completed responses are properly maintained, and quality standards are upheld. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. Two to four years of related experience in RFP/DDQ reporting [or other Compliance experience], ideally within financial services or investment management. Exceptional writing, editing, and project management skills, with strong attention to detail. Highly organized, with excellent time management abilities and the ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines while managing a high volume of communications. Demonstrated capacity to work independently as well as thrive within a collaborative, fast-paced team environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work well with others across functions. A self-starter who takes ownership of responsibilities and sees tasks through to completion. Receptive to feedback and responsive to direction, with a commitment to continuous improvement. Prior experience with Responsive (formerly RFPIO) preferred but not required.

Analyst: Trust and Safety Compliance Trust and Safety is a key function targeted towards enhancing the overall compliance to regulations on the platform for Item and Sellers. The function requires deep insights and understanding of various prohibited and restricted items, potential violation scenarios, Items listing risks, Seller risks and consequently develop the interventions at scale. Role & Responsibilities: Work closely with internal teams to identify, define, collect, and track key business metrics for products or business process specifically Listing and Seller Compliance related Overall compliance experience related to E-commerce Marketplace, Food Safety, Trade, Product Safety, Audit, FSSAI compliance, BIS, legal or related field. Pull data required to conduct business analysis, build reports, dashboards and metrics to monitor the performance and ability to run and execute queries and data analysis Ability to understand programs and manage the programs schedules and highlight risks related to schedules Hands on experience in conducting compliance related assessments. Work with the stakeholders to take data driven decisions. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements.
