The successful candidate will own the management, operation, and maturation of Pinterest’s Corporate Compliance and Ethics programs and related policies; support third party risk management, regulatory monitoring, and compliance-related internal investigations; and work as a highly effective partner across global teams. About the role We are hiring for a Senior Associate on Chime’s Compliance Assurance & Testing team. You will work in a fast paced environment and play an essential role in ensuring Chime remains compliant with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and bank partner expectations. In this role you will perform strategic end-to-end compliance testing of Chime’s innovative products and services to identify risks and control gaps. This will involve partnership with internal teams, as well as collaboration with our issuing bank partner’s legal and compliance teams. This role will report to the Head of Compliance Assurance and Testing. In this role, you can expect to Lead the end-to-end compliance testing process: from strategically scoping the review, partnering with cross functional teams to obtain necessary documentation, performing robust testing and gathering/reporting testing results to senior management. This role focuses on supporting daily team management, operational efficiency, and compliance. The Lead will support seamless collaboration between field teams, patients, and operational departments. Lead may be required to cover at their clinics as needed, where they will serve patients by identifying the best method for retrieving blood, preparing specimens for laboratory testing, and performing screening procedures.
