The Senior External Communications Manager leads the development and execution of strategic media relations and external communications initiatives that bolster the organization's reputation and market positioning. This role translates complex data and business insights into compelling narratives that resonate with media, analysts, partners, clients, and other key external audiences. This is a highly visible role that works closely with senior leaders across the organization to shape and amplify strategic communications priorities that support the business.

This Senior Internal Communications Manager role is an individual contributor reporting to the Director of Internal Communications. They will partner directly with executives and senior leaders to tell powerful stories, drive change, and define what best-in-class internal comms looks like in an AI-native company What you’ll do: Define and own the internal communications strategy for your portfolio of stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on messaging, approach, timing, etc Ensure employees have the information and context they need to do their job.
