This individual will independently manage financial projects, build and maintain complex financial models, and play a key role in producing high-impact presentation materials for executive and board-level audiences. ABOUT THE ROLE: We’re seeking a talented corporate paralegal to support our corporate in-house legal department. In this role, you'll provide critical support to the legal team, including entity management, corporate governance and overall legal operations. We're seeking someone with outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with forming and maintaining entities, particularly international subsidiary and regulatory filings. Draft board consents and assist in preparing board meeting minutes and materials. Manage corporate record keeping and file management. Track filings and compliance deadlines. Support in M&A transactions and post-closing integration.
