As a Program Manager II within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. The Program Manager II will lead strategic Enterprise Capabilities initiatives, focused on designing, developing, and executing programs that consolidate distributed capabilities into enterprise-owned utilities. This role plays a critical part in advancing enterprise operating models by driving standardization, scalability, and efficiency across corporate functions. About the Role The Strategic Finance Associate will be a core member of Lab37's finance team, supporting financial planning and analysis, unit economics, investment cases, and strategic business reviews. This person will translate operational and technical decisions into clear financial implications and provide the analysis leadership needs to allocate capital, manage costs, and scale the business responsibly. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for an analytically strong professional who wants broad exposure to a fast-growing robotics business. The ideal candidate is comfortable moving between detailed financial models, executive-ready materials, and ambiguous business questions. They will work closely with leaders across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Commercial functions while taking increasing ownership of core finance workstreams. What you'll do Financial Planning & Analysis Build and maintain Lab37's operating model, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plan in partnership with the Head of Finance & Strategy. Coordinate budget and forecast inputs across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Commercial, and G&A; identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities. Prepare monthly and quarterly performance analyses, including budget-to-actual variance analysis, cash-flow outlooks, KPI reporting, and business review materials. Translate product roadmaps, hiring plans, manufacturing capacity, deployment schedules, and commercial assumptions into financial forecast

As Corporate Counsel , you will be a key member of the team with two primary areas of ownership: corporate legal matters and commercial contracts. This is an individual contributor role reporting to our Associate General Counsel, who leads commercial partnerships, corporate, and procurement legal work. On the corporate side, you will support board and stockholder matters, and the legal workstreams for financings, M&A, and other corporate transactions. On the commercial side, you will draft, negotiate, and advise on strategic partnership, customer, and procurement agreements, and help business teams understand deal structure and risk. You will work directly with legal, finance, and business leaders, help manage outside counsel, and help keep our templates, playbooks, and processes sharp, including by using AI tools to streamline our work.
