This is a hybrid role requiring three days a week in our Renton, WA office. WHAT YOU'LL DO Lead and manage creative teams, supporting performance, career growth, workload health, and team culture. Own task tracking for assigned products, balancing capacity, freelancers, budgets, timelines, playtesting needs, and shifting priorities. Partner with cross-functional teams within the studio to turn product goals into clear vision, deliverables, and decisions. Keep teams aligned by running stand-ups, tracking risks, documenting decisions, supporting feedback loops, and clarifying next steps. Build practical processes, onboarding, documentation, review structures, vendor pipelines, and scalable workflows for emerging product models.
