The Building Maintenance Specialist is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations of our offices, including building and property maintenance, project support, custodial services, and mailroom operations. This role will assist the Supervisor, Facilities in ensuring the efficient operation of building engineering activities and will coordinate with vendors and subcontractors as needed. Support preventive maintenance and repairs for building systems, equipment, and facilities; monitor and improve building operations; and contribute to trade-related tasks such as light carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, roofing, and HVAC maintenance.

Run and analyze reports such as vault inventory reports to identify boxes in NY with drill dates ten years or prior for potential auction of contents. Manage Auction Process to Identify, Catalog, and Reconcile sale of Customer Property while adhering to State mandated regulations. Research and interpret standard information and identify inconsistencies in data or results Assist in training team members on drill processes as well as provide testing assistance for production validation Prepare basic presentations for management and audit Support trouble ticket resolution Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
