The Opportunity The Customer Success Manager will sit within the Success t eam on the Partner Insights, Enablement and Success team. This role will own strategic customer relationships with healthcare systems, life sciences organizations, and research partners, helping customers translate complex clinical questions into successful real-world data and evidence workflows.
