Role Overview: Managing Data Centre facility by interacting with different vendors Support the installation, monitoring, maintenance, and overall upkeep infrastructure and systems Liaising with third parties to maintain communication lines and data center infrastructure Monitor technical progress, track project deliverables, and provide regular status updates. Handle equipment procurement, returns, shipments, and overall inventory management. Coordinate with local and remote teams to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure stable connectivity and operations. Key Skill Requirements: 2-5 years of working experience in a Data Center environment (racking & stacking gear, cable management) Experience working for an exchange- NSE/BSE/MCX Deep understanding of data center installation and cabling standards Knowledge of data center ecosystem (cooling, electrical, networking, and structured cabling) Open to provide after-hours support as needed (must) Ability to work independently, with little direct management. ABOUT THE ROLE: The Data Center Engineering team designs training and inference compute clusters from first principles, pushing thermal, electrical, and optical systems to the limit of physics. We operate as a highly cross disciplinary team comprised of mechanical, electrical, optical, and software engineers, all working to maximize the efficiency, reliability, and deployment speed of terrestrial computing to serve rapidly scaling demand. This team owns compute architecture, datacenter network design, rack builds, connectivity, in-house design of our own computers, and the manufacturing line that builds that compute. As a Rack Design Engineer, you will own the rack as a product: structure, power, cooling, service paths, and the physical integration of servers, switches, optics, and liquid cooling from first sketch through production rate. RESPONSIBILITIES: Own mechanical, structural, and integration design of high-density AI compute racks and associated chassis, frames, busbars, manifolds, and cable/fiber raceways Integrate compute, networking, power distribution, and liquid cooling into a buildable, serviceable, high-yield rack architecture Design for the in-house manufacturing

We partner closely with datacenter operations, research, and infrastructure teams to deliver high-leverage tools that turn raw operational data into clear insight and action. RESPONSIBILITIES: Build and operate the software stacks that make site operations scalable, auditable, and fast — including repair trackers, vendor turnback workflows, operational dashboards, and their integrations. Your users are the technicians, managers, NOC operators, and leadership who run the fleet. Design, build, and operate multi-service production systems (UI, APIs, data pipelines, auth, and on-call) for systems such as SRT-style repair/maintenance trackers and vendor turnover/turnback state machines. As a Data Center Infrastructure Electrical Engineer, you will help define, validate, and scale the electrical power systems that support high-density AI compute. You will translate evolving compute requirements into practical facility and rack-power architectures, evaluate new technologies and vendor solutions, and drive technical decisions across design, manufacturing validation, construction, commissioning, deployment, and operations.
