Key Responsibilities Capacity Optimization & Advanced Analytics Develop optimization models to improve factory capacity utilization, throughput, cycle time, tool loading, and bottleneck management. Build mathematical models for capacity planning, production allocation, constraint identification, and investment prioritization. Apply operations research techniques such as linear programming, mixed-integer programming, constraint programming, stochastic optimization, and simulation-based optimization. Design algorithms to support factory maxout strategies and identify opportunities to unlock additional capacity without unnecessary capital investment. Semiconductor Manufacturing Problem Solving Partner with manufacturing, industrial engineering, planning, equipment, process, and business teams to understand capacity constraints and operational challenges. Analyze tool capability, process flows, product mix, WIP movement, cycle time, dispatching rules, and factory constraints to recommend optimization opportunities. Support scenario analysis for capacity expansion, product mix changes, technology transitions, and capital planning decisions. Develop data-driven recommendations that improve decision quality

Location Singapore, Fab10 Department Fab10 High-Volume Manufacturing Photo Process and Equipment Engineering Project Title Automation of Non-Zero-Offset Control for High-Volume Manufacturing Photo Processes Project Description Non-Zero-Offset is a key photo-process control parameter used in overlay-performance management and yield protection. The current workflow includes data preparation, Non-Zero-Offset generation, engineering review, validation, and post-implementation monitoring. As the number of process vintages increases, a scalable analytical approach is needed to improve workflow consistency and efficiency. The intern will undertake a structured project to develop and evaluate an automated, data-driven Non-Zero-Offset framework using Python, statistical analysis, machine learning, and visualization. The project will provide practical exposure to photo-process engineering, inline metrology, data modeling, workflow automation, and AI-Enabled engineering analysis. Objective of the Project Develop an understanding of the end-to-end Non-Zero-Offset workflow, including wafer selection, inline recipe criteria, metrology requirements, generation logic, and validation.

Project Title Diffusion Capacity Optimization Through Constraint Workstation Improvement Project Description This internship provides an opportunity to work on projects focused on improving capacity and operational efficiency within the Diffusion manufacturing area. The intern will analyze manufacturing data, evaluate workstation performance, investigate recurring production constraints, and develop recommendations to improve equipment utilization, manufacturing throughput, and cycle time performance. The project will provide exposure to manufacturing engineering methodologies, capacity management, statistical analysis, and cross-functional collaboration within a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
