This role leads programs and projects from definition through implementation, translating business and subject-matter requirements into scalable processes, work instructions, and operational solutions that support organizational priorities. Working closely with Deal & Partner Operations leadership and stakeholders across Autodesk, you will identify process gaps, evaluate risks and trade-offs, align parallel workstreams, and guide programs toward measurable outcomes. You will independently navigate complex and evolving requirements, influence without direct authority, and communicate recommendations, progress, and challenges to audiences at multiple levels of the organization.
