Summary: As a Sr. Product Manager on our SMB team, you will own the core experience of our applicant tracking system for employers, with the opportunity to rethink how it is structured and how it works. You'll drive the strategy and execution behind increasing employer review and response rates on the platform, and you will own the development of our employer mobile app. You'll partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Decision Science to build scalable product experiences that drive more conversations and help employers hire qualified candidates faster.
