The Procurement Operations Analyst will participate in the operative purchasing process, ensuring efficiency and high delivery performances. You will work together with the procurement and accounts payable team and collaborate with business stakeholders. As a Procurement Operations Analyst you will be responsible for all purchasing activities, like raising and receiving purchase orders, connecting with different vendors and stakeholders. What you’ll be doing Purchasing: Coordinating the internal purchase requests from the business, creating purchase requisitions & purchase orders, and managing the receiving for goods and services Operations: Track day-to-day performance and status of purchase orders, making sure that they are followed up timely. Working closely with accounts payable team, the business stakeholders, as well as with vendors, to resolve any issues Vendor Communication & Relationship: Work closely with vendors to increase compliance with Wolt guidelines to ensure fast and accurate payments Follow-up and support raising awareness of procurement processes to internal stakeholders Compliance & Documentation: Ensuring that the purchase documentation, such as training material or purchase orders documents, are easily accessible, accurate

About the Team Wolt's Shared Service Center in Budapest is home to a team of 40 people who keep our operations running across markets. Ten of them focus on one mission: getting German merchants to live on Wolt quickly and correctly. They own the onboarding journey from the moment a partner signs to the day they start receiving orders. Now we're looking for someone to lead them. As Onboarding Team Lead, you'll be based in Budapest and work closely with our Onboarding Operations team in Germany, reporting to the Global Head of Business Process Outsourcing Management. You'll lead a team of 12 FTE, own the German onboarding pipeline, and make sure every partner gets a smooth, high-quality start on Wolt. The team is experienced and established, and it's ready for a leader who can raise the bar on speed, quality and process, while being its biggest advocate. What you’ll be doing You'll be responsible for how quickly and how well German merchants are onboarded onto Wolt. That means leading the people, owning the pipeline, and keeping a close eye on the numbers. You'll build a solid understanding of the full onboarding landscape, including POS integrations, gear workflows, commission changes and offboarding. We are looking for a T&E Accountant to support travel and expense operations across multiple Wolt countries. You will review and process employee expenses and corporate card transactions, maintain accurate T&E records, and help employees and internal teams use our expense processes effectively.
