As a Full Stack Software Engineer working on the D&D team you will help design and build the clients and services that will power the next generation of D&D’s best-in-class digital Dungeon Master tools. This will be a hybrid role located in Huntsville, AL or Renton, WA requiring three days a week in office. What You'll Do: Build services using the latest technologies including Node.js, C#, and AWS. Build client solutions using the latest web technologies including React, TypeScript, CSS, and HTML5. Write maintainable, high-quality features in a team-based development environment. Engage in a shared code base through peer reviews and pull requests. Write and maintain unit and integration tests. Assist with improving code integration and deployment processes. We work with government agencies, public institutions, and partner organizations serving the government to identify where AI can advance critical missions, design secure and scalable solutions, and help those solutions move from early exploration into sustained production adoption. About the Role As an AI Architect, you will be the senior technical owner for a named portfolio of customers and the primary technical counterpart to their leadership teams. You will shape each customer's AI strategy and guide their journey from pre-sales discovery and solution evaluation through deployment, adoption, and measurable mission impact. You will own the technical account plan across ChatGPT Enterprise, the OpenAI API, Codex, and other agentic AI solutions. Scale AI is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer, Frontier AI Infrastructure to join our dynamic Public Sector Engineering team. As a part of this team, you will own the model inference layer - enabling state of the art models, debugging the latest AI tools, managing networking, debugging latency, and tracking pricing/usage metrics for AI models. You will lead technical discussions on the frontlines with cloud vendors and customers to deliver on critical contracts and to debug platform issues. You will also work upstream with Product to understand features before they break, moving us from "infra-only debugging" to proactive integration testing.
