Join our team We are seeking a strategic and transformational leader to oversee GoDaddy's Commerce Support organization. This leader will define and execute the strategy for merchant activation, adoption, retention, and support while leading AI-enabled transformation that drives scalable growth across GoDaddy's Commerce business. The Director will lead teams supporting merchants across onboarding, activation, payment processing, product adoption and attach , issue resolution, and ongoing success. Partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Risk, and Go-to-Market teams, this role will shape the future of merchant experiences through AI, automation, data-driven decision making, and operational innovation. About the Team The In-Store Sales team at DoorDash is responsible for growing and scaling the SevenRooms platform by empowering operators to take control of their guest relationships. About the Role As Senior Manager, Sales – In Store , you will lead a team of ~4 managers who support regional SDR and in-field Account Executives, with full ownership of in-store revenue growth and execution across your region. You will be deeply involved in coaching and developing leaders, setting clear performance expectations, and driving sales execution – from pipeline generation and deal strategy through successful merchant adoption. You will operate with autonomy in a fast-changing environment – bringing structure to a new and scaling function, contributing to go-to-market and strategic initiatives, supporting product rollouts, and iterating quickly as our in-store offerings and merchant needs evolve. You will report to the Senior Director of SMB Commerce Platform, who will provide guidance and support as the In-Store sales function continues to scale across North America. This role requires traveling within your region (~2-4 times per quarter) to support your team and merchant partners, with additional time working remotely or from a DoorDash office.
