We own paid acquisition, organic and SEO, lifecycle marketing, events and field marketing, partner marketing, and marketing operations. We carry a number: SQL ARR, bookings, and self-serve activations. Every function on the team is accountable to it. We run lean. We pair small teams with AI and automation instead of scaling headcount. Our marketing ops team uses Claude, Clay, and custom integrations to do work that used to require twice as many people. Our paid team manages eight figures of annual spend with four people. We work closely with sales, SDR leadership, engineering, and design. We own top-of-funnel through meeting creation. The Director of Solutions will manage a team of solution marketers that will fundamentally help our revenue teams to be more effective and grow Fin ARR. This is a strategic role in the company, working directly with the senior leadership team. The Role The Solutions Marketing team can be thought of as the solutions or outbound equivalent of a traditional product marketing team. Fin already has a product marketing team that works closely with product managers to understand our product, create messaging, and build assets for product launches, the Website and our field.
