You will work at the intersection of strategy and craft—partnering closely with art directors, designers, producers, and cross-functional stakeholders—to translate briefs into work that is sharp, original, and unmistakably Asana. You will also be a teacher and force multiplier: codifying our voice in frameworks and guidelines others can apply, mentoring colleagues, and raising the bar for written communication across the Marketing organization. You bring deep conviction and active curiosity to your work, including a genuine interest in how AI can augment the craft of writing. You know how to use these tools intelligently without sacrificing creative ownership, and you build workflows that help the team move faster without compromising quality or your own originality.
