Title and Summary Director, SME Growth Program Management Overview: SMEs are the backbone of the global economy and a key driver of Mastercard’s growth strategy. As both buyers and sellers within the payment ecosystem, they represent a significant opportunity to expand adoption, deepen engagement, and deliver innovative solutions that help businesses thrive. The Director, SME PMO & Strategic Execution will serve as the operational backbone of Mastercard's global SME business across the enterprise, ensuring priorities are translated into coordinated action and measurable outcomes. This role is responsible for driving cross-functional execution, governance, and accountability across the SME organization, partnering closely with senior leaders to align stakeholders, prioritize investments, and maximize business impact. As a trusted advisor and chief integrator, the Director will establish the operating rhythms, performance management processes, and decision-making frameworks that keep strategic initiatives on track. The role requires a highly collaborative leader who can influence across a complex global matrix, anticipate risks and dependencies, and bring teams together around shared objectives. Through a network of trainers and product leaders, the team helps companies improve how they develop products, operate as data-driven organizations, and evolve in the era of AI. As Sr. Program Manager, Mind the Product Training, you will build and deliver customer training programs that are well-scoped, operationally strong, and aligned to customer goals. You will partner with the Director of Mind the Product, Program Management colleagues, customers, trainers, advisors, and internal stakeholders to shape solutions, operationalize engagements, and deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience. This role is not responsible for writing individual class content. This is a role based in-office in San Francisco or Raleigh or Remote in the United States. What this looks like day-to-day Training opportunity assessment: Partner with the Director of Mind the Product to qualify inbound training opportunities and shape program approaches that address specific customer business challenges. Translate customer goals into practical engagement structures that can be delivered effectively. Program operations and delivery: Coordinate the onboarding of training customers, gather key engagement details, schedule sessions, and manage the operational steps required for smooth delivery. Facilitate trainer selection based on the client’s industry, location, and training needs while ensuring trainers receive the background needed to customize delivery. Pre-training readiness: Manage pre-training communication with clients to collect attendee lists, schedule sessions and send attendees pre-class materials. Post-class follow-up: Collect feedback from attendees, trainers, and clients after each engagement. About the Role: We're seeking a Director of Product Support Operations to lead the team that runs how Tubi's Tech Org plans, executes, and ships. PSO is a deliberately lean, AI-first team of Technical Program Managers and Customer Experience specialists built around three durable jobs: orchestrating agentic systems, people, and the cross-team programs that land Tubi's most complex initiatives for over 100 million monthly active users. You will own the Tech Org's most complex, company-level programs, spanning live events, platform integrations, monetization, and financial operations, along with the agentic systems that carry the org's operational load. You will also own the customer experience function end to end and run the Tech Org's operating cadences, including planning cycles, executive business reviews, and org-wide communications. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring the effective operation of our Compliance department and our GRC function, allowing us to maintain the highest standards in our industry. Reporting to the Director & Associate General Counsel, Compliance, you will be a dedicated program manager for Scale's enterprise compliance program and the person who turns policy into practice across anti-bribery and anti-corruption, gifts and entertainment, conflicts of interest, third-party risk and sanctions, policy lifecycle, and company-wide training. This is a hands-on builder, not a maintenance role. You will support Commercial, Public Sector, and international business lines, working closely with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Security, and go-to-market teams.
