Purpose The ERP System Operations Project Manager leads the international arm of ClinChoice’s Global ERP Administration function and collaborates with the company’s international cross-functional teams to support users in their day-to-day use of Microsoft Dynamics 365. The role also works with the company’s ERP development team and third-party vendor to maintain and optimize ERP system operations. Responsibilities Lead the International ERP Administration team and oversee first-level technical and functional support for international users of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules. Collaborate closely with international cross-functional teams across multiple entities and with key ERP stakeholders to diagnose system issues, recommend solutions, and continuously identify opportunities to improve ERP performance. Analyze business requirements; prepare functional specifications and design documentation; and manage change requests, service requests, and budget alignment and approvals.
